Doing the work
As an SEO intern, then Junior SEO Executive, and now Off-Page SEO Strategist, I have handled keyword research, content optimization, local SEO, citation building, backlink research, and outreach.
I'm Sudip Bishwokarma. I work on SEO and digital marketing from Kathmandu, with hands-on experience across on-page, off-page, local search, and content.
Questions about the web pulled me toward SEO. How does a site appear in Google? Why does one page rank while another does not? How do people find a business they have never heard of?
My academic background is in Information Technology (Bachelor of Information Technology at Phoenix College of Management). That foundation covered the technical side of digital systems. I became more interested in what happens after a site is built: discovery, relevance, and usefulness in search.
SEO turned that curiosity into professional work. I moved from supporting campaigns as an intern into keyword research, content optimization, local SEO, and then planning and executing off-page strategies for clients across several markets.
Most of what I know comes from working on live websites and solving concrete problems, not only from theory.

Working with medical, finance, retail, SaaS, and digital brands showed that SEO is not one fixed formula. Search behavior, competition, and intent change the approach.
Simple-looking issues often take longer than expected. Those problems force clearer thinking about crawlability, intent, and what actually moves visibility.

Learning SEO only on other people's sites was not enough. I needed a place to structure my own thinking, share practical notes, and keep a public record of client work and skills.
That place is sudipbishwokarma.com.np. It is a portfolio, a journal, and a small experiment in building a personal site with solid structure, schema, and performance in mind.
"A resume lists what someone has done. A portfolio shows the work. A personal site should make both easy to understand."
SEO involves data, structure, and communication. Music involves practice, timing, and expression. Both reward attention to detail. Guitar and performance sit outside the professional work, and they belong on this site as part of who I am.

I am focused on strengthening practical SEO skills, taking on meaningful client work, and writing about what I learn from real campaigns. The mix of on-page, off-page, local SEO, and content is where I spend most of my time.
If you arrived through search, social media, or by looking up my name: welcome.
